Choose broad conditions to prepare an investigation checklist. This tool cannot inspect records, match transactions, approve a correction or predict settlement.
No names, amounts, dates, account identifiers, financial records or credentials belong here. Choices stay in current-page memory and are not sent, saved or added to the address by this tool. Your browser may independently restore page state.
Choose broad conditions, then build your checklist. No account or ledger is connected.
Fictional example: an internal ledger entry has an unexpected status, and the investigation evidence has been checked against the agreed scope.
For missing evidence, check source coverage and observation time. For ambiguous candidates, verify stable references and permitted relationships. For disagreement, preserve both records and ask the authorized owner what differs. Do not retry an instruction merely because a response or linked record is absent.
If activity may be unauthorized, use the established incident process promptly. This exercise cannot assess fraud, submit a report or decide a legal or accounting obligation.
