This notice describes the reading features supplied by Reconciliation Room and the infrastructure details that the responsible publisher must assess for the installed website.
Responsible publisher: Mirror strange. Questions: mirka@gmail.com. Technical description reviewed October 12, 2026.
The desk and article filter
The Exception Desk takes broad multiple-choice conditions about record categories, observed gaps and evidence readiness and produces generic investigation questions. It asks for no names, dates, amounts, credentials or document contents. The choices and result remain in the current page’s memory: the supplied code does not submit them, add them to the URL or save them in browser storage. The article-directory filter also works locally. Your browser may independently restore page or form state.
The print control calls the browser’s print feature. It does not send the result to a publication server. Printing, saving a PDF and printer history depend on your browser, device and chosen printer.
Optional reading positions
Remembering article positions is optional and remains off until you choose it. When enabled, the feature uses localStorage on this browser for article paths, positions and timestamps. You can withdraw the choice through Cookie Settings, which attempts to remove the package-controlled reading record. The Cookie Policy and Settings lists exact supplied storage names and limits.
Ordinary web requests and search
Loading a page or local asset makes an ordinary request to the website’s infrastructure. Site search sends the search words to this website in the page address. Keep names, bank and account numbers, payment identifiers, access tokens, tax identifiers and other private information out of site search.
Requests may generate records such as an IP address, requested address, timestamp and browser information for website delivery and security. The fields and retention depend on the hosting and security configuration. This notice does not specify an independently verified fixed retention period. Contact the publisher for information about the applicable arrangements.Web requests pass through the hosting and security services selected by the publisher. This package does not identify or independently verify the live host, CDN, service providers or processing locations. Contact the publisher for the configuration that applies to this website.Sources you choose to visit
Articles link to external public sources. Following a link sends an ordinary web request to the destination, where its own policies apply. The supplied publication contains no external video player, remote font, advertising tag or analytics script. Cookie Settings here does not control storage or records at another site.
Editorial correspondence
Email is processed by the email services used by the sender and the publisher. The public email link opens the reader’s mail application; it is not a message-submission form on this website.Correspondence is used to assess and respond to publication matters. Contact the publisher to ask what correspondence is held and request its correction or deletion where applicable. The reading-preference controls do not erase email records.Send a public article address and a short explanation for a correction. Do not send payment details, ledger records, account exports, health information, tax identifiers, identity documents, bank details or credentials. The publication does not offer document review or account assistance.
Configuration and requests
This notice describes the supplied reading features, not an audit of WordPress administrative sessions, other plugins, hosting services, security tools or later additions. The publisher must review it against the technologies and audience of the actual website and provide any required information.
No fixed hosting-log or correspondence retention period is asserted without verified provider arrangements. Contact mirka@gmail.com for the applicable configuration or a privacy request. Withdrawing optional reading storage does not delete email, infrastructure logs or information held by an external source.
